I am so happy you are here!
It is my passion and mission in life to help business owners create and grow their business so that they can actually live a life that they dream of.
As a new yoga teacher I was so excited to get out there, start teaching and create that life that I dreamed of! The catch? Yoga teachers aren't paid enough to create that life so I had to figure out how to make that happen!
So while I was working on creating different avenues for my business, other yoga teachers, friends, and co-workers were asking the same questions; how can I do this too? I decided to lean into my coaching background and started offering personal coaching services. I am so proud of my students and clients who are making their dreams a reality.
While I specialize in working with new and experienced yoga teachers, I have many students who were looking for their own support whether they wanted to scale their business or needing help finding their purpose, I truly enjoy helping others find their passion and create that life change.

At YogaHausMN, our mission is to create a nurturing haven where holistic living, entrepreneurial empowerment, and health and wellness coaching harmoniously converge. Led by our founder, Elizabeth Sorensen, who serves as a seasoned health and wellness coach, yoga teacher, and sound healer, we are dedicated to guiding wellness seekers and aspiring entrepreneurs on their journey to personal well-being, mindful living, and prosperous business ventures. Through our podcast and holistic resources, we strive to inspire, educate, and unite a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about holistic wellness and dedicated to building successful and sustainable businesses in the wellness industry.
